In order to improve artwork transfer efficiency, we established a dedicated FTP (File transfer protocol) site. This site can store more than 100GB of artwork and graphics. We give every customer a userid and password to access the site. Then you can upload artwork to the site and download modified artworks to preview. With strict permission settings applied, it's very safe.

We have also established a Customer Service System for the convenience of our customers. By logging into our Customer Service System through our webpage, you can access information on our inventory, previous product orders, order status, and more.
